Increasing the impact of social change activists.

I’ve been called a Rhino (for my tenacity) and a Lioness (for my fierce protection of others).

I am fully committed to the ongoing, measurable, success of my clients.

I get results.

My philosophy is “If they won’t let me in the front door, I’ll rappel up the walls, tunnel under the foundation, or sneak in the side window, but I will solve the problem and get in.”

I apply this tenacity to every one of my client’s tough problems.

I revel in fixing problems. Whether coaching or consulting, every aspect of my life involves putting the puzzle pieces together - it’s who I am. I excel at analysis and reverse-engineering. I search out and absorb massive amounts of data and create pragmatic solutions to big problems. I draw on extensive experience to fast-track solutions which are executable. I’m insanely well-organized and work to budget. I get results.

I get teased about my “Lioness” personality that defends and nurtures and my “Rhino” personality that (kindly) pushes organizations and individuals out of their comfort zone and into the results zone, but seeing the pride when goals are reached and when skills and self-worth are recognized - that makes my day every single time.

Insatiably curious, I’ve always followed the path that appeared most interesting.  I’m told by one of the people who wrote the book on Social Marketing, that I’m one of the only people in the world who is equally strong in the ‘Social’ and the ‘Marketing’, thanks to my two master’s degrees.  My own puzzle pieces are truly global from my extensive travel, time spent living in other countries, and the network I’ve created. I love meeting people from all over and learning about their experiences and culture.  It’s a great feeling when I can figure out how to translate elements of a successful program in Bangladesh to Ohio or from Chicago to Uganda - efficiently and cost-effectively.

I’m a total data geek, so I’ll share the rest of my personal data in my beloved bullet point format.
